Summer Body Challenge: 60 Days To Figure Eight


We are well into the Spring so no time is more perfect to shape up than now. I will be doing a 60 day to figure 8 challenge with you lovely readers. 



It's not so much about weight loss, but more so about being healthier and getting your body beach ready once and for all. 


I will be sharing healthy recipes and exercise tips. The key to joining in is committing to at least 3 60 minute work outs per week. That's easy right?
